(The show’s name is an acronym for Helping And Leading Others.)
This year, the awards air Monday, Nov. 19 at 8 p.m. — and EW can exclusively reveal that it will feature performances from Neon Trees and Ne-Yo as well as appearances by celeb presenters Bieber, Stone, Tyra Banks, and Josh Duhamel.
