'Monsters University': New trailer gives a longer look at Mike and Sully's college life -- VIDEO

School’s almost in session! In just a few short months, Disney/Pixar will unveil its first prequel: Monsters University, which finds Mike (Billy Crystal) and Sully (John Goodman) of Monsters Inc. as young, fresh-faced co-eds ready to hone their scaring skills.

Of course, there’s more to the movie than lectures and studying — as the film’s UK trailer reveals, Mike and Sully find themselves competing in the Scare Games, a cutthroat contest apparently sponsored by Monsters U’s Greek organizations. (Yes, even monsters have fraternities.) The clip also features Dame Helen Mirren’s Dean Hardscrabble, the living legend who runs the university’s prestigious School of Scaring. Basically, she’s Professor McGonnagall with more legs.

EW can exclusively reveal more actors who are bringing life to the animated movie’s monsters. Among the talent lending their voices to the film are Nathan Fillion (Castle), John Krasinski (The Office), and Bonnie Hunt (Cheaper By the Dozen).

Hunt’s acceptance into Monsters University marks a return to the Pixar family. She also voiced characters in A Bug’s Life, Cars, Toy Story 3, multiple short films, and even Monsters, Inc., though as a different character than her role in the prequel. READ FULL STORY »
