'My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic': Rainbow Dash is put to the test -- EXCLUSIVE

All Rainbow Dash  really wants is to become a member of the Wonderbolts Reserves — an exclusive group of Pegasus ponies. In order to make the grade, though, she’ll have to pass a tricky entrance exam — which may end up being tougher than she thought. (Even Twilight’s foolproof study methods aren’t doing the trick; who woulda thunk?)

Can Rainbow pull herself together and ace the toughest test she’s ever taken? We’ll find out Saturday; in the meantime, here’s an exclusive clip from the episode.

'My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic': Is Applejack full of flimflam? EXCLUSIVE

Uh oh: The Flim Flam brothers are back. And this time, the Apple family may be falling under their spell.

Though Applejack remains suspicious of the shady pair in this week’s My Little Pony, Granny Smith takes a few sips of their “Cure-All Tonic” — and says, much to Applejack’s surprise, that the remedy actually worked. Could it be that the Mane Six has been wrong about the bros all along? (Yeah, probably not.)

'My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic': The Cutie Mark Crusaders take the stage -- EXCLUSIVE

All Ponyville’s a stage in the next episode of My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic, which finds Sweetie Belle making her debut as a playwright, director, and actress. (Her play, naturally, stars the rest of the Cutie Mark Crusaders as well.) The show also features costumes made by Sweetie Belle’s older sister, designer pony extraordinaire Rarity. In fact, the outfits are so stunning that they end up getting more praise than Sweetie Belle’s own work. Oh no! What’s a filly to do?

'My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic': Pinkie's sister is... no fun?! EXCLUSIVE

Huh! Didn’t see that one coming.

Saturday’s Friendship Is Magic introduces a new character to Ponyville: Maud Pie, fun-loving Pinkie Pie’s older sister. The thing is, Maud isn’t exactly what the rest of the Mane Six expect: She’s deadpan, offbeat, and altogether unlike her spirited sibling. (Think Aubrey Plaza, but… a pony.) Can the gang bond with Maud anyway? We’ll find out this weekend — but this exclusive clip from the episode doesn’t exactly bode well:

'My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic': Watch out, Apple Bloom!

Is Apple Bloom really grown up enough to take care of the farm all by herself? She certainly thinks so — and that’s exactly what she does when Granny Smith, Big Mac, and Applejack all have to leave Ponyville for the day. Unfortunately, a series of unfortunate events makes Apple Bloom even more eager to prove how grown up she is — which is how the poor pony find herself in a scary swamp all alone, with only a delivery cart to keep her company. Well, unless you count the beastie that’s lurking just out of sight…

Lacey Chabert talks 'Mean Girls,' voice acting, and the catchphrase that just won't die ('so fetch!')

Fans probably know Lacey Chabert best as iconic feminism expert Gretchen Wieners in Mean Girls.

What they may not know is that Chabert is also a prolific voice actress, lending her pipes to roles including Eliza Thornberry in The Wild Thornberrys and, most recently, Dani Burns on the second season of The Hub cartoon Transformers Rescue Bots.

“I like that in voice acting you can play different characters than you can when you’re on camera and you’re limited by your physical being,” she explained to EW earlier this week. “The upside is you don’t have to have hair and makeup. You can go in your sweats if you want — that’s always a plus! I particularly like this show because it’s a group of guys that have become like my brothers. We get to see each other once a week — we actually record together. Most of the time for [voice] you record separately. On this one, we get to actually be with each other, which helps tell the story better. They’re lovely people and we hang out after almost every session. They’re such great guys; I’m like a little sister there.” READ FULL STORY

'My Little Pony' clip: 'So... cute... can't... take it!' EXCLUSIVE

No, the quote above doesn’t refer to My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic itself — though you could be forgiven for thinking it did. Instead, Pinkie Pie squeals it while watching the arrival of the Breezies, a group of magical winged creatures that look sort of like a cross between mini-ponies and butterflies.

Unfortunately, the Breezies aren’t quite as carefree as their name would imply. After kind Fluttershy lends the flock a hand — er, hoof — she finds herself in with the Breezies… which is fine, until it means that she’s stuck catering to their every whim.

'My Little Pony': Twilight teaches the Cutie Mark Crusaders a lesson -- EXCLUSIVE

Does that headline sound weirdly menacing? It shouldn’t; in the next episode of My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic, Twilight Sparkle literally offers to help the Cutie Mark Crusaders with their scholastic pursuits. Of course, things get a little complicated when Apple Bloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle realize that their tutor is one of the coolest ponies on the block — and they decide to use her popularity to their own advantage.

Before that point, though, it’s all fun and games — like in this exclusive clip, in which Twilight passes on some of her wisdom.

'My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic': See Fluttershy sing her heart out -- EXCLUSIVE VIDEO

As her name implies, Fluttershy isn’t the most outgoing pony in Equestria. But that doesn’t mean she can’t cut loose every now and then — provided nobody’s watching.

In this clip from the next episode of My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic, Fluttershy unleashes her gorgeous voice for a group of her admiring animal pals. She’d never perform in front of a group of other ponies, though — unless she could do it in disguise. Which is where a pony singer who’s lost his voice, an important charity concert, and Zecora’s mysterious remedies come in.

Get a glimpse at the episode below. READ FULL STORY

'My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic': It's... a pony love triangle?! EXCLUSIVE

Uh oh — could a new pony in town tear the Mane 6 apart?

In this week’s My Little Pony, Rarity is thrilled to learn that her number one crush, the world-famous travel writing pony Trenderhoof, is coming to Ponyville. But Rarity has a rude awakening when Trenderhoof arrives and is drawn to one of her best friends: down-home Applejack. In an attempt to win over the object of her affection, Rarity decides to try aping Applejack… and, in retaliation, Applejack decides to do the same to Rarity. Which leads to the sticky — and muddy — situation you’ll see below in an exclusive clip from the show.
