'Degrassi': School's out for this year's seniors -- EXCLUSIVE

Prom. Graduation. Emotionally charged yearbook signings. Wait, do they have yearbooks in Canada? Either way: This is gonna be intense.

This June, Degrassi Community School’s current senior class — a group that includes longstanding characters like Eli, Jake, Fiona, and Imogen — will bid farewell to their drama-filled high school’s hallowed halls. And from this exclusive promo, it looks like the gang’s all set to go out in style. (We know that because the announcer says it’s true.)

Fire up Vitamin C’s “Graduation,” lower the volume, ultimately decide it’s a bad idea to play two videos at once, and steel yourself for a bracing morning shot of Degrassi:

'Degrassi': Maya confronts Zig in Friday's finale -- EXCLUSIVE VIDEO

Between breakups, break-ins, and one very tragic death, Degrassi Community School hasn’t had an easy semester. (Then again, when has it?)

This season’s drama really comes to a head in June, with a graduation special that sends off the school’s current seniors in style. In the meantime, here’s a juicy clip from this Friday’s official season finale. Poor Maya is finally starting to deal with her boyfriend Cam’s suicide by acting out — going as far as kissing another guy, then posting a video of the makeout session on her Facerange profile. (Gotta love Degrassi‘s fake technology.)

Here, the ex-good girl gets into a screaming match with her ex-love interest, Zig. Could this be the cathartic moment that helps Maya finally start moving on?

Kareem Abdul Jabbar gets rid of Big Bird... in a lesson on subtraction, silly -- VIDEO

Subtraction — don’t say it too loudly — means to take away objects from a group and count how many are left. NBA hall-of-famer Kareem Abdul Jabbar demonstrates this on Sesame Street with the help of five birds and a lot of squawking. There’s just one problem: Big Bird has a hard time figuring out the secret to Jabbar’s lesson. Don’t say subtraction!

Take a look at the clip below.

Disney's 'Planes' releases new high-flying scene -- VIDEO

Disney’s Planes — the animated film that’s a spin-off of sorts from Cars — has released a new clip online just over four months before from its summer release.

Dusty, the prop plane we last saw hesitant to take off a jet carrier, looks like he’s gotten over his fear of flying in this clip. Below check out the Dane Cook-voiced airplane racing a pair of jets over a rocky and lush landscape, through more than a few plane-shaped clouds and landforms. READ FULL STORY »

'Pretty Little Liars' stars do the Harlem Shake -- VIDEO

The Pretty Little Liars cast members have many talents: They are experts when it comes to lying, deceiving and surviving near-death experiences. At least, that’s what they do when the cameras are rolling. When the cameras are off, however, they prefer to have a little more fun. Example A? Keegan Allen recently posted a video to his Keek account of a handful of cast members taking a break from what appears to be a table read to join the Harlem Shake craze.

From what we can tell, cast members Ashley Benson, Keegan Allen, Shay Mitchell, Tyler Blackburn, Lucy Hale and Troian Bellisario are fans of dance breaks. Check out the video below! READ FULL STORY »

It’s all coming to a head on Pretty Little Liars.

Or so says Mona (Janel Parrish) in an exclusive clip from the season finale of ABC Family’s teen soap, a video that finds the devious girl in the “A” team’s mobile lair. Mona gives her approval to her faceless co-conspirator’s plan to host a Hastings gathering of dinner and dancing, an event where Mona promises that the Liars will “finally going to get what they deserve.”

Relevant questions: Who is she talking to? Could the person in the black hoodie — the “A” team leader maybe — be Spencer? And what is the reward that Mona mentions? Watch the clip from next week’s Pretty Little Liars – which airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET — below.

'Sesame Street' celebrates one billion YouTube views with a message from the Count -- VIDEO

Can you count to one billion?

YouTube can — and according to the video-sharing site, Sesame Street has officially become the first nonprofit to garner enough views to give “Gangnam Style” a run for its money. “Access to educational video used to be restricted to whatever tapes or DVDs happened to be in the library or at home,” YouTube EDU strategic partner manager Caitlin Hendrickson tells EW. “Now, high quality, entertaining, and informative content is available on demand wherever there’s an Internet connection. As a result, education is one of the fastest growing content categories on YouTube and Sesame Street is at the forefront of this growth.”

Naturally, the beloved kiddie institution is celebrating this milestone the best way it knows how — with a pair of special messages from Sesame Street‘s resident number-lover, Count Von Count.

In a post on the YouTube Blog, the Count pays tribute to one of his favorites, the number zero. (“Zero comes in very handy when there is nothing around to count… Like right now, as I look around the castle, I count zero elephants, zero airplanes, and zero Justin Bieber CDs. Wonderful.”) And in this exuberant video, he counts all the “You”s in YouTube — a project worthy of his considerable talents. Check it out below:
